Emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data science are set to generate approximately 1 million jobs in India by 2030, according to the latest report by Quess IT Staffing, a leading tech staffing solutions provider. The “Technology Skills Report, December 2024” also projects these advancements will contribute over $150 billion to India’s economy within the same timeframe.
“India’s technology workforce is undergoing a significant transformation,” said Kapil Joshi, CEO of Quess IT Staffing. India’s overall IT workforce is expected to expand from the current 5.4 million to 7.5 million by 2030, marking the addition of over 2 million jobs.
